These terms cover your use of FileShare Pro: the site at file-share-pro.com, the app at fileproapp.com, and the pages it serves at r.fileproapp.com. Using the service means you agree to them. They’re written to be read, not skimmed past; the short version is: your content stays yours, don’t use us to host anything harmful, and don’t rely on a free file host as your only backup.
The service. FileShare Pro hosts files you upload — HTML pages, images, and other web content — and gives each one a shareable link, with optional review comments. Plans and their limits (storage, file count, features) are listed on the pricing page and may change as the product evolves; if we change what a paid plan includes, we’ll tell you before it affects you.
Your account. You need an account to upload. Keep your sign-in method secure — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. You must be at least 16 to use the service.
Folders, people and Teams. When you share a folder, the people you add act under the role you give them. Files your editors upload to your folders belong to your account and count toward your storage. A Team account owns its folders and the files in them: they stay with the Team when a member leaves, and the Team’s owner and admins can see and manage all of them. Whoever pays for the Team is responsible for the people it adds.
Connected assistants. If you connect an AI assistant or create an API token, actions it takes with that access are treated as actions you took.
Your content. Everything you upload remains yours. You give us only the license we need to operate the service: storing your files, serving them at their links, and generating previews. We don’t claim ownership, and we don’t use your content to train anything or for advertising. Delete a file and the stored object, its saved versions and its link are gone.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Current prices: Pro $10 per month or $100 per year; Team $29 per month for up to 10 people plus $3 per month for each additional person; add-ons $5 per month per 100 GB of storage and $3 per month per additional Pro editor. Your card is charged at the start of each period. We will email you at least 30 days before we change your price, and before a yearly plan renews, with the amount and how to cancel.
Cancelling. Cancel any time in Settings > Manage billing > Cancel plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; you keep paid features until then and are not charged again.
Refunds. Ask for a full refund within 30 days of any charge by emailing hello@file-share-pro.com from your account address. We refund to the original card, usually within 5 business days, and cancel the plan unless you ask us to keep it.
Free plan and Basic. The Free plan needs no card and you will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan. Basic is retired: Basic accounts without a subscription moved to Free in November 2026, and an existing Basic subscription continues at its price until you cancel it.
Launch offer. Pro and Team subscriptions started by December 31, 2026 get 50% off the base plan price for their first 12 months of billing (add-ons and Team people beyond 10 are billed at the regular price). After 12 months the plan renews at the regular price shown at checkout. The offer applies once per account.
Acceptable use. Because shared pages are served to anyone with the link, we enforce this strictly. You may not upload or link content that is illegal, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that harms visitors — including phishing pages, malware, credential-harvesting forms, deceptive impersonations of other sites, or spam landing pages. We remove violating content and may suspend the account, without notice when visitor harm is involved.
Reporting abuse. Report phishing, malware or other harmful pages to hello@file-share-pro.com or with the Report link on any shared page. We review reports promptly and remove content that harms visitors.
Takedowns. If content we host infringes your copyright or trademark, email hello@file-share-pro.com with the link and the basis of your claim; we respond quickly and honor valid DMCA notices.
Reliability, honestly stated. We run on serious infrastructure (Cloudflare, Supabase) and aim for the service to always be up — but we’re a small team and the service is provided “as is,” without warranties. Keep your own copy of anything you can’t afford to lose. Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (zero on the free plan, which is also priced accordingly).
Deleting your account. Delete your account in Settings > Delete account. This removes your files, saved versions, media and sites from storage and cancels any subscription.
Ending things. You can delete your files or account any time, and deletion is real — storage included. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms; for anything short of visitor harm we’ll warn you first.
Changes. When these terms change materially, we’ll note it here and, for signed-in users, in the app before it takes effect. Questions: hello@file-share-pro.com.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Jefferson County, Kentucky, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them where you live.
