These terms cover your use of FileShare Pro — the app at file-share-pro.com and the pages it serves at fileproapp.com. Using the service means you agree to them. They’re written to be read, not skimmed past; the short version is: your content stays yours, don’t use us to host anything harmful, and don’t rely on a free file host as your only backup.
The service. FileShare Pro hosts files you upload — HTML pages, images, and other web content — and gives each one a shareable link, with optional review comments. Plans and their limits (storage, file count, features) are listed on the pricing page and may change as the product evolves; if we change what a paid plan includes, we’ll tell you before it affects you.
Your account. You need an account to upload. Keep your sign-in method secure — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. You must be at least 16 to use the service.
Your content. Everything you upload remains yours. You give us only the license we need to operate the service: storing your files, serving them at their links, and generating previews. We don’t claim ownership, and we don’t use your content to train anything or for advertising. Delete a file and both the stored object and its link are gone.
Acceptable use. Because shared pages are served to anyone with the link, we enforce this strictly. You may not upload or link content that is illegal, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that harms visitors — including phishing pages, malware, credential-harvesting forms, deceptive impersonations of other sites, or spam landing pages. We remove violating content and may suspend the account, without notice when visitor harm is involved.
Takedowns. If content we host infringes your copyright or trademark, email hello@file-share-pro.com with the link and the basis of your claim; we respond quickly and honor valid DMCA notices.
Reliability, honestly stated. We run on serious infrastructure (Cloudflare, Supabase) and aim for the service to always be up — but we’re a small team and the service is provided “as is,” without warranties. Keep your own copy of anything you can’t afford to lose. Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (zero on the free plan, which is also priced accordingly).
Ending things. You can delete your files or account any time, and deletion is real — storage included. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms; for anything short of visitor harm we’ll warn you first.
Changes. When these terms change materially, we’ll note it here and, for signed-in users, in the app before it takes effect. Questions: hello@file-share-pro.com.
